GNC & Propulsion
Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) is the subsystem in charge of controlling the orientation of the satellite and activating the electric propulsion of the experiment.
It uses sensors to estimate the current position and orientation, as well as actuators to modify the
satellite dynamics.
The subsystem uses electric propulsion, Ion Electrospray Thrusters, designed by MIT's Space Propulsion Lab.
